At Mira Lumi, every order is carefully prepared and packed from our North Queensland studio.

Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of purchase. During new collection launches, sales events, or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and are determined by Australia Post. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, Mira Lumi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@miralumi.com.au within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.
