Refund policy

At Mira Lumi, we take great care in creating and packaging each candle. 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@miralumi.com.au. and include photographs of the product and packaging. 

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
